What Causes Infrequent Bouts Of Arrhythmia?

I am a 50 year old female with no medical Hx/Rx/allergies. Over the last four months I have been experiencing infrequent bouts of arrhythmia, brought to my attention because I can feel the pulsing slightly to the right of my sternum, The rhythm is highly irregular and recedes within a few minutes. No pain/weakness/dizziness/dyspnea but a bounding irregular pulse. Last night the episode lasted for more than an hour, with the same symptoms. I drove myself to a firestation and requested an EKG and 12 lead, Of course by the time I got there it had all but receded. However we did catch infrequent PVCs in leads VI, VII and VIII, I drink a lot of coffee and yesterday I was certainly dehydrated. I went home, drank water, drank more water this afternoon, had a 16 oz caffeinated latte hours ago, and finally went to bed. Shortly after, I began experiencing the same pattern of symptoms. They have receded now, so they only lasted 5-10 minutes. Am I having a psych event or could there be some ominous mechanism of injury at work?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
very simple my brother.
in olden days u would be started on dilteazem or verapamil but
now all u need to go a cardiologist who is trained in Electrophysiological studies usually called EP specialist.
get an EP study done and my hunch is that u would have 2 abnormal foci of impulse origin leading to reentrang tachycardias.
just get those spots radio frequency ablation done and voila u r free of these symptoms for ever
God Bless.
