Suggest Natural Diet For Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I am not currently taking anything for it daily, been advised to not use inflammatories from the ibuprofen family. when I have bad flair ups the only thing that seems to get me back to normal and pain free is prednisone and prednisolone. I'd like to know what I natural product I can incorporate into my fairly healthy diet that will act as a steroid? also, is anything available in the form of a liquid that will act as a steroid or a recipe available for a cocktail I can make and take? My biggest problem right now is in my feet - the tops, the heal and my ankles. other parts of my body are affected but have been manageable, I have to sometime avoid activity that keeps me on my feet due to the pain. Thank you so much, Lauren
Thank you

Hi
I am dr Alok, pleased to answer your health related queries
There is no diet therapy or specific food for rheumatoid arthritis
But you need to avoid both active or passive smoking, also keep gum hygiene better
Hope this will help
