The blood after urination indicate a injury to the urinary tract. Such injuries could be due to stones or due to infection alone.

Blood with urine is most commonly associated with infection or a renal stone. If you don't have any other symptoms, I would not jump into this diagnosis. It may be related to periods that just got over. Please watch...
