Dear Nicolavb
You have not told us the character of your headache i.e. whether it is associated with any other symptom, its site, whether it is throbbing or not. But as there is some after effects associated with it, it appears to be more like migraine only. For acute episodes you can take pain killers that are most effective at the start of the headache and post headache you may feel tiredness for which the only thing you can do is take some pain killers and do some relaxation exercises like yoga, pranayam and meditation. Hope this will help you.
