Hi dear,complex regional pain syndrome(CRPS) is a name given for a group of conditions in which the extent of pain will be very much more for a relatively smaller injury.A pain flare usually gets better after a few days or a week. During this time, you may need to have less intense physical therapy and may need additional pain medicine treatment.but relax do meditation which will help you better.
