History Of Fetus With Hydrops Fetalis. Now Have Low Birth Weight Baby. Advice?

my patient have previously a baby with hydrops fetalis and died (the cause is non immune because she +ve RH) this case appear late in middle of 8th now she is pregnant with low birth weight baby 800 mg in 7th month with small fetal parts (small head) what can we do to baby to save him? and how to avoid to be again hydrops fetalis? what is your advice to here?

Hi, it appears that the baby is very small and have small hands and legs. You can have 3 dimentional ultrasound for confirmation of the features, and can have the advise of the neonatologist, for confirmation of the condition, and the possibilities of the saving the child. Thank you.
