Hello, Welcome to HCM. Normally <8 mm stone comes out automatically without any medicines. You have to drink plenty of water daily. Also drink orange or lemon juice or buttermilk as much you can. If pain, take paracetamol and anti spasmodic combination drug. Do ultrasound. Do intravenous pyelography for urine flow. Stones are mostly calcium. Take care...
