Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum It takes time to heal. Usually range of movements and pain gets reduced to 80% of normal after three months. You need to continue physiotherapy and avoid heavy work involving shuolder with pain killers if required for relief. Please contact your doctor if there is any swelling/movement restriction at this stage. All the best.
