Is Frequent Chest Discomfort Related To Anxiety?

would a mildly sharp pain that lasted approximately ten seconds , at am wake up , followed by a feeling of need for additional sleep for two more hours and a very mild tightness of chest and tiredness for the following seven and one half hours , possibly not be a cardiac event but rather ,a constriction of blood vessels brought on by a years long period of intense anxiety and very frequent anxious dreams ?
