hi,thanks for query.Any form of natural food is good.You have and should have more of salads and fruits in your diet.Plan your meals properly,have small meals 4-5 times in day,avoid skipping means and eating bulk at a time.Do regular exercise after advise from your doctor,walking is a very good and effective exercise ,do at least 30 minutes in a day/5-6 days in a week.

Very high fiber, high protein. No fatty, fried, junky food. Low fat milk. No soda, no beer, no liquor. Wine occassionally (red). Check out the American Heart Association or other such organizations for more info.
