Whole grains breads are the best due to the fiber. Look at the back of packaging of foods. You avoid foods with high saturated fats and chorlestrarol, eat lots of fruits and veggies and whole grain cereals.

I get a headache every time I eat fruit . Could I be diabetic? This is a fairly new thing. I have struggled with headaches my whole life but never been able to figure out what they are connected to. A website made me think I could be hypoglycemic because I also struggle with depression, insomnia, and low energy. But all this could also be related to stress. How can I find out? Is there a blood test?
