Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of Pap test is as follows:
The Pap test is done to detect cancer and pre-neoplastic lesion in the cervix.
The cervix is lived by mature squamous cells.

Your Pap test shows presence of squamous epithelial cells and intermediate cells which are normal constituents of cervix.
There is presence of bacteria as well as polymorphs (pus cells).
Presence of bacteria and pus cells further potentiate the presence of infection in genital tract.

The infection needs to be treated with antibiotics and the Pap test needs to be repeated.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja P Wahal.
