What Could Be The Reason For Upper Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 22 weeks 2days pregnant. I am having upper back pain on the left side. It makes me feel uneasy. Is there any treatment for this pain? This pain is not consistent. whenever I sit for a long time or walk or eat a lot, i get this pain. What could be the reason for it? Will you please tell me.

hi in pregnancy increase in weight causes additional strain on the spine and hence upper backache. do not sit for long durations. take an afternoon nap and can take tab drotin in case of increased pain. don't worry . also start tab shelcal 500 mg daily and tab vitrise once weekly. all the best take care.
