Hi Doctor,my name is Ananda Rao and I m 62 years old.I have been suffering from knee pain and left shoulder pain for the past 5 years. after treatment in 2010 from a local orthopaedic specialist. I was well for 4 years. Can I use Folvite tablets 5mg ? what are the benefits and side effects? what is the daily dose?

Folvite is a simple folic acid supplement which is completely harmless even if consumed in high quantities.
Routine ly this is given for anaemia patients and it has no role in pain reduction or bone remode.
In opinion u can take Folvite without any fear upto any duration.
