What I Do For Pimple Like Bumps On My Right Tonsil ?

I am 22 years old female and I noticed a few days ago that I have pimple like bumps on my right tonsil.I only notice or frrl them when I swallow food or my tongue touches it.what it this?what do I do to take care of it ?should I see a doctor?

Feeling of bumps on the tonsils need to be examined by an E.N.T. surgeon who will examine your throat with special instruments.Please consult an E.N.T. surgeon nearby.
