Symptoms are as follows weakness,chest tightening,pressure on throat, back pain when sat down or bending,pain in joints even bend them, numbness in hands and fingers, pain at muscles, neck pain when turn head,head ache. Shivering in hands and feeling falling when stand and even at rest also some times.X ray of chest, back and ecg are normal. This would be

that could be
1. neuritis
2. nerve or spine involvement
3. gastric derangement
4. vitamin and iron deficiency

1. in case of neuritis - inflammation of nerves occurs where you will find tingling and shievering and pain along the coarse of nerve
2. nerve or spine involvement - check with xray spine and if any abnormality seen consult any or spine specialist to treat that or revert back to me with reports to get some suggestions
3. gastric derangements - most common cause in such kind of cases, but better corelat with other symptoms like gaseous collection inside the abdomen, eructations are there or not? heaviness of abdomen and head after eating or not, if find yes to this questions then consider those as a gastric derangements
4. iron or vitamin deficiency - go for CBC check up and show me the reports
add some cereals and pulses in your daily diet habit

you are having mixed type of symptom in your case we can not make any inference or can conclude anything so you have to go for some diagnostic test so can we assume regarding your problem.all these problem are superficial are not serious.
apart from this i advice you to do following thing
diet improvement
sleep [proper

when you investigations are within normal limits it indicates nothing serious is there. I would recommend just two things which I believe are going to offer you complete cure. One is ashwagandha and second is shilajit.

It may be Vitamin deficiency or autoimmune disorder. Do not stress much. Eat well balanced diet. Sleep for 6-8 hours a day. Drink plenty of water. But to confirm you must visit your Neurologist.
