The Other Night My Heart Seemed To Stop And Then Start Again

the other night my heart seemed to stop and then start again? the other night when I went to bed my heart would stop, then start and beat regularly and then stop for a second and beat regularly, this lasted for about 15 minutes. I hear my heart beating in my ears all the time or since I had valve replacement 4 years ago. All my tests have been fine, I just had an echo a month ago.
