swollen belly with high lymphocyte blood count

Hi, I have a 4 yr. has swollen belly a . your pediatrician last week pointed to a CBC, urine or stool. The high lymphocyte blood count indicated as white blood cells . She has no fever , no pain at the time. last week vomiting the first few days but this disappeared. now the dilemma is that everything continues to belly swollen legs

It seems your baby realy needs an expert child specialist's advice & afull range of investigations.Increased white blood cells indicate presence of infection. to point out the infection& advice accordingly needs a physical check up too.
