Hi I am 28 years old. My hight is 5'7" (170cm) and my wight is 62 kg. I know I am fit as per hight and wight ratio but for last some time (around six month) my belly in increasing.. around a year ago i was not having any fat in my body and i was lean. Nowadays my life style is also changed as I dn't do any major physical activity. Can you suggest what can be reason and how to cure it.. Also suggest some exercises which can be done at home..
