Suggest Medications For Insomnia & Headache

Hi, I suffer really bad from insomnia and terrible headaches, I eat well, fit and healthy, a little overweight. Exercise regular, low on choc and caffeine but lack of sleep really affects me, dizzy and lack of concentration, tried all sorts,please advice?

Hello.Probably insomnia and headaches are related with stress-anxiety.
A anxiolytic with hypnotic effect as lorazepam 1mg or alprazolam 0.5 m at night can be used for insomnia.Naproxen 500 mg twice a day is a therapeutic option for headache.Please,consult your doctor for prescription.
