There are various grades of piles.It depends on how severe the problems is.
Depending on that the treatment can be either medical or surgical.To treat your symptoms you can start with stool softners(if you have hard stools),lignocaine jelly for local application at rectum before passing stools.If there is active bleeding surgical option is better.

piles tretment depend on the grading of it.if it is grade 1 then it can be treated conservatively with diet modification ans laxatives. if it is higher grade then further procedures needed. these should be done under guidance of a surgeon.as for anal fissure First-line medical therapy is stool-bulking agents, such as fiber supplementation and stool softeners, Laxatives.to reduce local pain lignocaine jelly can be used. usually it is curable.constipation is cause of all these. so drink lot of water and take more fibres.take care
