Sudden Weakness, Low Platelet Count, Eating Well. Reason?

i have just lost my brother this last two months, a month after his death i was urinating a loss the energy in my brain seem to go down which i cannot get up i am told this is greiving but now my doctor has told me that my platlet level has is down to 113 us their a connection as i am eating as good as i can and taken a tonic

Hi,
There is no connection between the low platelet count and your recent bereavement and low mood. Although your platelets are low, they are not dangerously low. They do not need any specific treatment at this level. Continue to eat a healthy diet.
