Sawing Needle To Heart

hi, i am affraid of sawing needles to get to my body, by accident and will get directly to my heart and i will die instantly.. is this correct ?

Why should you die? There is no basis forr that. Instances of such happen becos of the fear in the person and does not  cause bodily problems.
