red raw meat in stool. How worried should i be?

Male 39. I am noticing every few days pieces of red raw meat in my stool. My stool is always light brown and soft. I haven t eaten meat for the last 3days. How worried should i be?

hi,thanks for query.Please go for stool examination.Normally undigested food in stool is not passed.Light brown color inddicates presence of blood in it.You may some ulcer or infection in the tract.Do not ignore this and visit your doctor.In mean time take light diet,avoid spicy foods and drink plenty of fluids.
