pimply bump

My two year old daughter was recently treated for a bumpy rash across her back and in the creases of her elbow and kneew. she also had a yeast diaper rash which I treated successfully. Oddly enough she prior to this had one pimply bump with redness around it pop out a little below her waist line. As one would heal another would pop out, seemed to be working from her right to her left one pimple at a time. Happened to not have one active when I took her in to the doctor for the other two rashes. The last few bumps have been much redder and instead of just fading to light brown and disppearing these stay with a ball you can feel under the skin. One has slowly disapated over about a week. Any ideas?

This condition could be related to something called as pyoderma wherein there is an infection of the skin causing such pustules all over the body. For this to heal, you shall need to consult a dermatologist and get a full course of antibiotics.
