Dear Castle,

Try to calm down yourself as you are in no danger. Your symptoms are seemingly indicating a pre-menauposal phase in your life.

It is common to have mood swings, irregular periods and spottings and night sweats beacuse of fluctuating harmone levels in the body.
Moreover the stressful situation of your life may be further aggravating the situation which is again increasing your stress. You need to break this viscious cycle dear.

For all the menopausal symptoms you certainly should call your GYN and she would put you on some harmonal treatment as well as tell 'cope-up' methods for it.

Hope you navigate this phase of life smoothly!
