hi this is suganya..(female) im right now located in india ..due to training purpose i visited california and stayed there for about 4 months and started eating lot of pizzaas and burgers and other fat items which made me to put on weight on feb 2007 and till now im fat.
my family members are thin and moderate..even i was before thin but...now changed..
so now my age is 25 and my weight is 68 and my stomach and hip and my breast seems to become big. could u please suggest me how to reduce these parts.. but my hand face legs and neck are thin..

hi, I am 30yrs old and having a weight of 82kg. I got checked from doctor about my blood and I seem to have a problem of cholesterol. LDL = 148mg/dl, HDL = 68mg/dl, and Triglycerides = 68mg/dl which total of 214mg/dl of cholesterol. sometimes I am having a chest pain and nowadays I am having shortness of breath. in addition, i do smoke about 10 sticks a day, which is i am planning to decrease gradually and stop it as soon as i can. can you please advise the food, vitamins, etc i have to take. i cant go to gym as i am having shortness of breath. if possible i can send the hospital s/doctor s complete report of my tests. hoping to hear from you at the earliest. thanks and best regards, paul
