my husband just got a severe headache followed by dizziness,

my husband just got a severe headache followed by dizziness, clammy skin, and he eventually throws up and has to quickly have a bowel movement. This all occurs within an hour. He had this about 2 weeks ago. He slept for about 10 hours then was fine. He doesn't drink, smoke, etc. He's 35 and has never really had headaches either. This just seems very odd that it does this in the same order, etc. any ideas

My husband is almost 73 years old. He had 3 stents put in his heart in June 2017 and topical cancer removed by his eye last week. Now he gets dizzy for about 15 to 20 minutes and then has a splitting headache. Does that sound like something serious?

My husband all of a sudden got a horrible headache out of no where. When he stood up he got dizzy and has been severely shivering and can t warm up even in extremely hot baths but his skin feel like in fire. After about 2 hours we were able to take his temp and it was 100.7. He was feeling a little better after the bath. He took some nyquil and that helped but temp stayed. Few more hours pass temp rises to 101.7, we had to try to warm him pup again despite him feeling frozen but skin feeling like on fire. Now temp won t go down after more nyquil. What can be wrong with him?

My husband has mTBI from an IED blast several yrs ago; often has severe headaches, dizzyness and nausea. Today he was helping a friend tar a roof, outdoor temp was around 75 degrees F & became extremely dizzy and got a nose bleed. Could this have been from fatigue, dehydration or should we be concerned that it s something more?
