my heart rate is up to 156 beats per minut and i cant stop it plz help

Try bearing down like your going to have a bowel movement. This may or may not help but it usually does. If it continues go to the emergency room. There is no immediate danger but the heart doesn't need to beat that fast for an extended period of time it puts to much stress on it.
