My Cardiologist Says That My Pvc Are Benign. They Are

my cardiologist says that my pvc are benign. They are still scary though. I notice I get them when stressed, lack of sleep and I do have insomnia, or if I don't eat in time or wait long periods before meals. Lately Im scared to even eat meals because just about every time I eat I end up with palpitations right after. I do eat healthy and try to stay gluten free and avoid caffeine. I had what I thought was a good trail mix with peanuts, chocolate covered raisins, yogurt pieces and next thing you know I was having massive pvc. What can be the major reason for pvc after eating.
