What Medical Condition Could Cause Lower Back Pain, Numbness In The Right Leg, Headache, Abdominal Cramps And Stiff Neck?

my body has pain in every part of it, my lower back is having spasms my left leg keeps going numb and now my right leg is. I have bad headache and stiff neck, the pain is so bad I cry. I did have an x ray of lower back today, also I have cramping and bowel movement at least 5-7 times a day which is taking a toll on my back

You need to do MRI imaging on your back, this symptoms you have is probably due to vertebral disc prolapse.
