my 22 year old son arrived home on Monday, March 21 after being on vacation to Arizona, California and Las Vegas. By Monday nite he was experiencing fatigue, middle back pain, dry itchy throat, cough and nasal congestion. Tuesday more body fatigue, and a sore throat had appeared. Wednesday not any better. Thursday now the nose is running and not feeling much better. Took him into a smart clinic and within 5 minutes he was diagnosed with Sinus Infection and given a z-pack to take for 5 days. Not convinced that is he problem. He has not ran a fever at all. Please advise. Thanks
