Hi,

The success rates depends upon the type of Ossiculoplasty (reconstruction of the ossicular chain) done it is best for type 1 followed by type 2 and type 3. Again it depends upon the material used for reconstruction. Hence the hearing can only be assessed after the surgery is done.
