lose weight by take via ananas, what is the problem ?

hi I am from Amman\ Jordan I have over weight because lately I dont have time to make sport I was make sport 4 h in week but after my father dead 7 years ago I am sick and my weight start increase but I was control my weight but now my body shape not good and i take 100 via ananas capsules but dont lose weight maybe just 2 or 3 kg my question is how many capsules need to lose 25 kg and if I take more capsules and dont lose weigth then what is the problem ? thanks for your time

The efficacy of ananas capsules for loosing excessive weight is doubtful. It is a widely advertised product with no clinical trials to prove of its effect. I will advise you to have a complete blood work and hormonal assessment to find out the cause of such a weight gain.
