is there any other way the pregnancy horome

I am just wondering is there any other way the pregnancy horome can be in your body without you been pregnant could there be anything else wrong. Me and my husband have been trying for over a year for another baby and I have done 5 home pregnancy tests all have been positive but when I went to my doctor she got negative results pls help could there be something else wrong ?

Get a thorough ckecup done. may be you are losing the baby after getting pregnant and hormone is still thr. What you can do is ask for progesterone suppliments to help you continue the pregnancy, if hormone elevel come down it will result in loss of pregnancy, but the urine test may be positive still due to atleast some small amount being present in you. Do not ignore. Take a second opinion if you want here.

Thanks for your reply but you normally bleed when loosing the baby dont you??? But i haven't been bleeding and having no pains or any signs of lossing the baby.

Hi.. Pregnancy test look for a hormone called Beta HCG levels.  These harmones are also elevated in conditions other than pregnancy like hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma... Get an examination done to see these are the cause...

how many days ur menses stop and u do pregnancy test. the time is not mentioned. you have to go for various blood test. what are the test u have undertaken. give more details to hepl u out.

As there is no pregnancy and your progesterone level is high require evaluation.
In certain conditions or some pathology in the uterus may cause progesterone level high.
Consult your gynaec and get examined and investigated.
