is it something to do with blood ph or something ?

I have read that there is a relationship between gum health and heart health. A few years ago i was referred to my doctor by my dentist to have an ECG and investigate a possible reason for apparent poor blood supply to my teeth, results at the time were deemed "perfect". Circulation problems have been a long-running theme for me with bad circulation to hands and feet since my teens which was attributed to simply having long slender limbs! Anyway, recently i have my felt like these circulation problems (hands and feet) are at there worst in the mornings (they go extra cod and botchy!). I measured my heartrate this morning and it was 42 BPM, this changes when i have a cigarette though but the circuation obviously doesn't improve! My question if anyone has folowed me this far is this.. Am i deluded to think that at age 30, and also being a smoker, that this result of 42 BPM is a good sign?!.. or is it something to do with blood ph or something ? MY thanks to anyone who can help me in this regard.

Hi... Low heart rate can occur in a few of the endocrine dysfunctions and other heart conditions.. Heart rate  of 42 beats per minute needs to be evaluated.. Take plenty of health food and restrict the cigarratte smoking.. See a doctor and get a ECG. If low heartrate is also seen, tests and heart evaluation would be needed...
