irregular heart beat should i got to hospital?

Im 22, having irregular heart beat. Meaning it s fast and then slow randomly with skipped beats. I am skinny, my blood pressure is good, (just checked it) Im feeling very nauseous, like I m going to throw up. i ve been suddenly dizzy since last night. It s now 3pm the next day. I even slept but couldn t sleep very much due to the Tachycardia. When I woke up this morning I still had these symptoms and now I have a weird pressure like pain in my right temple and behind my right eye. It gets worse when I stand up. My heart is still wigging out, and I m shaky all over. My heart is what s worrying me the most, but Im afraid to waste a trip to the hospital (It costs alot). I have panic attacks, so I at first thought it was a symptom of a really bad panic attack, but this has been going on now for HOURS. Any ideas? I still feel dizzy like I m going to pass out at any moment. Update: my eyes are starting to go blurry. trying to read is kinda hard now. I can t seem to focus my eyes properly.

Hello, I am an 18 years old athlete and I recently went to the doctor and he told me that my blood pressure was slightly high and that I should start tracking my blood pressure daily, which I did. I got the Omron 7series blood pressure monitor and there is a special irregular heartbeat detector. I ve been taking my blood pressure for a week now and the average is 134/85. Most of the time that I take my blood pressure, the alarm goes on and tells me that I have an irregular heartbeat. Last year, my high school team required everyone on the team to get an EKG done and my results were fine. I know that an EKG doesn t always detect angina or irregular heartbeat over a long period of time. Should I be concerned and should I contact my doctor as soon as possible? thank you for your help.

Hi,I am 23 years old, 6ft'1 and weigh 210 pounds. Two weeks ago, I suddenly became constipated after eatting lunch. In addition, I developed a dull but annoying pain in my lower left abdomen, near my hip. The weird thing is I have bowl movements but not normal ones like I am used too. I have an issue with anxiety and prescribed medication for it. However, I no longer take it, but I do have manageing my stress and anxiety. I saw my doctor yesterday and he said it could be a gi bug and could have developed because of stress.
