Hi,I am Dr. Kiran Kumar (Internal Medicine). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m looking to start taking Suprexin, not to lose weight, but to curb my appetite as I often can t tell when I m full and constantly snack which is no good for me, as it is causing me to slowly gain weight and become unhealthy. Whilst taking Suprexin I will be eating a healthier diet and exercising more. I wanted to know the side effects, effectiveness and whether or not if there s any better alternatives, also if I should take any supplements with this, as I know some appetite suppressants reduce the intake of certain vitamins and minerals . thanks.
Hi men i dont recommond my any of patient to go for apptite supperesent medicine. I advice them five meal course per day with no protine supplement if he is non veg but yes if he is veggie. There are pleny of side effect of such medicine. If better that you eat quality food and do regular exercise for better result. Do have lots of fruit as whole not on juice form. Consume as much as water when u are running or brisk walk. Bye amd take care.
