My name is Lyndon.I have for some time been suffering with frequent Diarrhea.I take Lithium (priadel 1200mg at night) and have been tested recently for thyroid, potasium syrum level etc.I have had bouts of muscle weakness in my legs that are seriously hampering me in my sport of long distance running, I lose all stamina and cant perform or run very far.I took creatine recently and the problem got alot worse so I stopped it.Running means a great deal to me and has helped me deal with my bipolar condition and quit smoking when I was 30 and give up alchohol completely.I have only been running for 4 years and last year I was 64th in Wales at Half Marathon but I have not been able to progress.I dont beleive it is overtraining as I have cut my mileage right back but dont feel I can increase it untill I deal with this problem.I take a good multi vitamin and try to eat well and I have increased my fluids which has helped but the Diorrhea will not go away.I have an apointment next month on the 3rd to see if its coeliac or crones and am considering a full body mot test privately after that.I am male, 10 stone, 5 foot 9 and 34 years old.Could you give me your feeling on what this problem could be please.

At first, I stretched in wrong way by accidently and had a shock pain around two months ago; between elbow and shoulder muscle. I didn t take seriously, and than one night after a week later I felt pain by moving wrong. I thought it is OK. it will heal naturally if I careful not to use or move that direction. and it was OK to other activity. One morning I woke up and I stretched my both arms for just trying to wake up and I had serious pain in that arm. I realized that point I couldn t stretch my left arm until heal. it was OK, I just need to wait to heal because I didn t have any problem other activity. Due to stressful personal situation, I rearranged furniture often, and my mattress is very heavy to move around than other furniture, so I forced to move; pull action. I never had a problem doing that before, I often do it but this time was a little different than before. I tried not to use injured part and felt more hard than before for pulling the mattress. but it was OK. about next day I felt pain top of shoulder to. I wait and careful from that point any movement of my left arm. one day I couldn t lift my arm so I slowly did exercise to soft my arm. it seems improved for short while but it got worst and pain spread to between elbow and hand. once in a while my hand was hurting also. I called the doctor s office after long time pain and my self exercise didn t work but more pain but the doctor s office was first visit so I need to wait long time, by the way next week, finally I can see the doctor. now I have a shock pain to open door, twist to turn water that kind of activity also. pretty much I only use my right arm. lay down increase more pain, and morning time the limitation of my arm is very little, pain is never go away, moderate to severe. morning is worse afternoon got a little better and but that is not even everyday. sometimes all-day without got any better whole arm is hurting. I tested my arm and I think it is damage to three parts of my left arm, cartilage or ligament or both. left back of should is hurting too. I don t know what is best thing to do heal. I thought the time will heal with right exercise(movement) but it didn t get better but worst. I am sorry the way my writing, it took wrong time to write correctly so I send this to you. hope you understand this. I need to know the right exercise and how long it takes time to heal, generally. thank you.

Hello, I am a 39 year old male, 5 10, 220lbs. Currently I am taking 10mg of Lexapro for anxiety/depression. I do not smoke or drink and try to run 10-20 miles per week. I have run some half-marathons and one full last Oct. In my family there is no history of heart disease but a history of anxiety/depression. About this time last year I thought I was having a heart attack and was taken to the ER. Tests done included the nuclear dye test, stress test, blood work, etc. everything came back as normal except I had a high CK level. The day prior to this episode I ran 10 miles and was dehydrated after the run. This episode was a severe panic attack and went to a therapist to try to work things out. Fast forward to about four months ago and my anxiety levels began to increase. I went to see my GP and was put on Lexapro. I also made an appt with a cardiologist and he reviewed my charts from the hospital visit and also did an echocardiogram. Everything checked out to be fine. The medication helped and was feeling better up until 2-3 weeks ago. Anxiety levels are back along with symptoms that include: chest tightness (pectoral muscles feel like they are always contracted), arm numbness that has been coming and going (feels like I hit my funny bone), minor insomnia, clenching my jaw. My anxiety cycle comes from the aches/pain that I am having. I am fearful that there is something still wrong. Here is my question, is it still safe to exercise while having these anxiety symptoms? I have a big run coming up and I realize this all might be due that. Any help is appreciated.
