if you have a family history of heart disease and cancer is there really anything you can do? my grandma has a history of heart disease, her mom had a history as well. my grandma has a oversized heart.(dads side) my dad has a irregular heart beat. his brother died of childhood luekemia. my moms mom died of breast cancer . so is there really anything i can do?

there is. keep yourself healthy. try not to put stress on those things so much. if it is your time to leave this world, there's nothing we could do. make the most out of everything. try not to get too close to carcinogens, increase immunity by taking in vitamin C daily, eat veggies, fruits, not so much on the carbs and fats. exercise 3-4 times weekly. stick to anti-oxidants.=) if ever you are anemic, take in iron supplements or unless directed by your doctor. as much as possible, consult your doctor to check if you have any symptoms/signs of heart diseases or cancer. early detection will provide early cure. =)
