if smoking 2-3 cigarettes a day is highly injurious to my health ?

I wanted to know if smoking 2-3 cigarettes a day is highly injurious to my health ? i am 21 now and have been smoking since a year. I tried but I am unable to quit. how smoking at this rate is going to affect me ? please reply and thank you in advance.

hi,thanks for query.Even passive smoking can cause harm,you are smoker your self so it is definitely going to harm.Please quit it at the earliest.You have to have a strong will to quit smoking,that is the only thing that helps.You can take help from your doctor about this and can have options that help you to quit.Please avoid staying along and try to avoid that urge to smoke,which comes for seconds.

smoking even a single cigg per day is also harmful as leads to dependency and also lead to acute conditions like gastritis and prolong smoking for many years leads to complications like copd also can lead to carcinoma of lung, so try to quit smoking , for that u can use the nicotine gums ,whenever u feels like smoking jus chew tat gum for minimum of 10 min , gradually u reduce that gum also , mainly u need motivation to quit .
