Why Have I Been Experiencing Swelling In My Legs And Ankles Along With Sore Hand Joints, Headaches And Chronic Dry Cough?

i have been experiencing swelling in my legs and ankles, terribly sore joints in my hands, headaches, sometimes feel like my airway is tightening, chronic dry cough. any thoughts on what it could be?? I have seen several phyisicans who tell me nothing is wrong.

Your symptoms could be related to arthritis or heart failure. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and performing some tests:
- A cardiac ultrasound
- A chest X-ray study
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation.

Further tests may be needed.
