that my dear is a panick/anxiet atack, ive been having them too ive just been put on beta blockers, scary arent they, nothing harmful can happen too you, you have to relax, if your getting feelins of sureal, touch something heavily textured like a brick wall, it helps for me!!! try this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panic_attack
