i am having pain in the left wrist, What may be the reason ?
I am a 30 years, male, working in a IT company, having pain over the wrist joint since a year. It had followed an injury a year ago. There was no fractures then.. It has already been a year and I am still having pain. I was wondering what might be the cause? what has to be done??
Wrist joint is one of the very unstable joint. Any injury over the wrist joint needs adequate rest for complete recovery. The pain could be because of inadequate rest. Your occupation adds on to the injury.

Good day
There are many causes to this condition but we must rule out potentially dangerous effects like Carpal tunnel syndrome which can cause tingling and numbness over your thick part of your palm. This is due to nerve damage. Show your hand to the Orthopaedician who will examine you and recommend the right management.
