my blood results are fasting 113 mg/dl postprandial 85 mg/dl. my doctor eliminated the morning dose and reduced the night dose from gp2 to gp 1. after 5 days i repeated the test.the results are
fasting 121 pp 86 . i am diabetic for 9 years . i do vigorous physical exercise 1 hr each in the morning and evening everyday. suggest me what to do .i am 49 years old.
