I am 31 years old, 5 11, 150lbs. I had a partial hysterectomy on Monday (discovered a ruptured cyst near my right ovary, removed the ovary and uterus). I am currently still in the hospital and can barely move nor rest due to intense abdominal pain and tremendous gas pains. The nurse will not give me some GasX but I need relief, doctor! I have been walking as much as I can bare but is there anything else I can do (manually or otherwise) to provide me with some inkling of relief?

Good evening my name is Tisha I am 41. In 2003 I had a partial hysterectomy . 1/2/2013 I had to have another procedure done this this time everything removed pelvic cyct wall left tube and ovary pelvic cyst wall and right tube and ovary....including my appendix. My Dr. Stated I had an eight inch mass going inside of me and the mass had wrapped. Its self around my intestines large/ small bowel. I am now so afraid of what s to come next. I get all this advise from people until I do no know hat to do...use the patch- the cream- the pill or go natural. I feel as if someone just threw me off a cliff and I cannot stop. The nightsweats are horrible and I a not the best person to be around. Why my Dr. Did not detect thne when I had my annual!

March of 2014 I had hysterectomy, but ovaries were left. recovered well and no problems until this week. Had severe lower abdomen pain starting on Friday. Went to PCP today with these symptoms and in return sent me for pelvic and TV ultrasound. I have known cysts on L ovary. R ovary measured 20x22x23 mm. L ovary not visualized. recommends CT. Radiologist is calling it Physiologic pelvic ascites and no cul-de-sac mass. What does this mean exactly?
