i’ve been throwing up a lot lately. Once on september

i’ve been throwing up a lot lately. Once on september 21, once on october 2, and once on october 10. The september 21 episode was very different it was extremely quick (i went from feeling completely fine to feeling nauseous, throwing up, and feeling completely normal as if nothing had happened all over the course of about 30 minutes) while the 2 october episodes were a lot more standard (feeling nauseous for a while leading up to getting sick and then feeling slightly better but still not great afterwards). i can’t tell if it’s food related. i’ve tried to track what i eat on the days i’m throwing up but there haven’t been many similarities. i’m a college student and i live on campus, my roommates and i have had a few occurrences of mold in our air vents (i have no idea if that could have any impact)

I have had a lot of green stool lately. On top of that, I had worms for a week and as I was about to see a doctor, they just went away... No more itching, uncomfortable feeling and no sign of them in my stool. But now every time I go to sleep I seem to be very gassy and I fart a lot in my sleep. Would these be connected? I also had an ulcer which I thought was gone. This was causing a lot of heart burn and acid reflux and I thought maybe it works both ways.
