What pills, birth control pill sor the diabetic tablet. drink karela juice. glasses and tons. This will help to reduce the blood sugar levels and stick to the correct timing s for the diet and go to some physical exericswe every day. I thin all this helps. I wish I could help yo umore but gotta go.

Good afternoon doc,my name is mohamad.I have been a diabetic patient since 10 years ago.I m taking pills everyday and I m still very active in sport eventhough my age currently at 59.I ve my own sugar level test intrument and I do check my blood sugar regularly.The reading from the test very fluctuate between 160mg/dl to 200mg/dl.My question is that how am I going to bring down the sugar level consistently say below 180mg/dl and is there any supplement or vitamin which can be consumed to help reducing too much depending on pills..your advice highly appreciated.
I am using GEMER PL1 once in the morning after breakfast at 9 AM in the mornig & 1 mg glimpseride tab in the night. My blood sugar level is 200 (random testing) in the last three months. how I will control it. Will glycomate tab will change the story. Pl help.
My husband has diabeties since 31/2 years, he has been taking medicne regularly. He is 54 years old, his height is 5 11 .since last month he has not been checking his sugar level, he took his reading 2 days ago and it was 384, since then he was on a strict diet and start walking also, but sugar level is not going down, we have been checking his suger every couple of hours, what should we do to lower his suger. He does not excercise regularly.
