Hi...i M A 32 Year Old Woman, 4 11 , 130 Lbs; I

hi...i m a 32 year old woman, 4 11 , 130 lbs; i was hit very hard w/ an outside umbrella by the pool (the wind picked it up and threw it toward the water where i was) and it left a softball size bruise on my bicep...it s very dark purple/blue at the bottom and yellow/green at the top. should i get it looked at or just let time takes it course and it will go away? it also still hurts.

hello! It seems to be just a deep bruise as long as there are no cuts. You could just let the bruise heal by itself..it might take about 10 days and during this time you will see some color changes over the bruise. As for the pain, you could take a painkiller like diclofenac.
