Hello,

An elevated liver enzymes indicates there is a damage to your wife's liver. She must see a hepatologist because the cause must be identified and hence treated.
General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
Hello.welcome.Elevation of liver enzymes indicate hepatocellular injury and must be investigated by the physician.Although alkaline phosphatase can be found slightly raised as this enZyme is manufactured by placenta also.Good luck.

help you to come to conclusion causing it.Without knowing abouy cause of it difficult
to predict out of it.Could be some drug induced or some other muscle injury. So through
check up is needed. Thanks
